Great rates. Pemela was very nice. However her colleague was very rude towards me and other customers. He was upset that people didn’t have change. When i said people don’t carry it nowadays he replied “its you type of people”. Another customer came that also had no chance and he was scolding the customer for not carrying change??? This will be the last time i come to this branch unfortunately.

This place had the best exchange rate that I could find. I ordered online last night so I could book the rate and I received a message this morning confirming it was ready to collect. The whole process was so easy. The place is inside the shopping centre at Victoria Station so very handy for transport links. The 2nd time, I’ve dealt with this currency exchange. Kamal (the bald gentleman) was aggressive, pushy and unnecessarily rude. Similarly the elderly gentleman at their Victoria high street branch. These people ask for Google reviews whilst simultaneously having no understanding of customer service. Not the way to start any trip… Lose the patriarchal attitude and we might come back!

The website wouldn't work when attempting to place my order, and the staff were extremely unhelpful when I requested assistance, stating that orders must be placed online to be honoured... because computer says no. Welcome to 2025, where even the exchange of paper currency has become a digital transaction depending upon unreliable technology and robotic customer service.

I ordered £362 worth of Korean won (600000)to pickup ,they emailed me say it ready for pickup,but when I got there,waited 10 mins to be served,then another 6 mins for them to count the 600000 wons , when I got my wons !! It seem they clear all their smallest note( 1000) which is £0.62 pence ! On me !!! Imagine you carrying £362 in £0.62 notes!!! I did asked for them to give me bigger note( 50000) they said don’t have !! No way going back here again!

I have used Victoria FX many many many times and USUALLY the service is EXCELLENT. However, the lady behind the counter when I came to collect my order (thurs 15 Aug at around 11/11.10am) needs to learn how to properly serve and deal with paying customers. She was rude and unfriendly from the off and took her a while to even acknowledge that I was waiting to be served (I was the only person at the counter). During my purchase, I also had to spend 5 mins repeatedly trying to convince her that my standard Monzo debit card wasn’t a business card. I did not appreciate her shouting at me multiple times from behind the counter that “we don’t take business cards” and when I quizzed her on why she was shouting at me she blamed it on the store music that was playing in the background and that she had to shout at me in that way because she couldn’t hear me. If the lady is unfamiliar with standard debit cards from other banking providers then she should take some time to research and keep up to date, It would save further customers from experiencing the same. Looking through the reviews, it seems that this lady has come up quite a few times in negative reviews left on the Business by other customers, which is a shame really because up until this point my experience with Victoria FX has been very stellar.

We used Victoria FX back in June 2024 to buy Canadian Dollars for our holiday. Even when taking into account the train fair for 2 people from Leighton Buzzard to Victoria and back, based on the amount we purchased, we still saved a considerable amount by using them, compared to banks and the post office. Was served today by Kumar who right from the time we got to the counter was rude,abrupt & dismissive. Right from our initial contact he did not say hello & when wanting to view my phone copy of the online order he tapped on the glass barrier rather than asking to see it. When asking what he meant by tapping the glass he tapped again & said 'show me'. When confiming the transaction amount again he simply pointed at the cash counter & said 'look'......how rude & lacking in any politeness! Whilst in the queue Kumar was polite to the previous 2 customers....both young girls who he explained each step to verbally rather than tapping glass or pointing at. They got a 'good bye & 'have a good day'...... we got nothing. He heard my husband when my husband asked him his name,he heard my husband when he was told we would right a review & not once did he say ' sorry i can't hear you through the glass'.....he was outrageously off hand even before we'd actually spoken.He heard every word the 2 girls said but when it came to us we didn't receive the courtesy of a 'hello'......all he did was point as to what he wanted us to do! We heard him so why did he dismissively point & tap on glass at every stage rather than verbally tell us what he wanted or what we needed to looked at?? Those prior to us in the queue got such courtesies,we spoke clearly,loudly as ìt was through glass dividers & yet right from the get go he was" show me " rather than "can I please see"......his rudeness was unprovoked as we were polite & clear from the beginning.....we will not use Victoria fx again we've never received such appalling service.....absolutely no justification to treat customers this way,no excuses when the customers were not rude to you! It may provide one of the best exchange rates but we'll go elsewhere where they treat their customers with dignity & respect!!

Probably my best experience with a currency exchange. Not only they have some of the most favourable rates on the market (just observe the buy and sell price for the same currency - the narrower the difference the more fair it is for the customer - and compare it with other establishments, let alone those in the airports which are almost a fraud), but also they are very friendly and willing to do the extra mile to accommodate customer's special requests: I asked the favour of having recent dollar notes, and of mixed denominations, and the operator spent time to manually check every note.

I ordered my currency (above usual amount) online on Saturday evening, my order was confirmed without even having to pay any deposit(like all other exchange bureau), the rate was the best in town and I did my comparison and research, I passed by Sunday afternoon to collect, as I requested specific notes the total amount wasn't available so they asked other branch to supply, the sraff was very apologetic making me wait but that was fine as there wasn't any queue, service very professional with all verification made, the possibility to communicate by WhatsApp is very helpful, I will certainly recommandé this bureau and will return.

I went to collect some foreign currency, which involved 3 transactions, around about 3pm today, and I found the lady behind the desk extremely rude. She spoke to me with a contemptuous tone and said "you're confusing me" when I explained the transactions and the amount involved, despite the fact I made the order online. Every time she had to ask a question, I felt antagonised, despite the fact I prioritised my patience while she carried out her duties. When she counted the amount of euros I ordered, she was 10 euros off. I looked at my order and calmly said I needed the extra 10 to complete my order, to which she sarcastically said "you'll have to take my word for it". I can understand her job has it's stress factors, however, I shouldn't be expected to be spoken like that, even if I have made several transactions.

I world have given a 5 star because of the good exchange rate but I was disappointed that they only accept visa as card payment so I had to use cash (not a problem with cash except i had to search for an atm, I was already time restraint and hoping for a quick transaction) my customer experience with the staff member I was dealing with was fast and efficient. I had used the fx change that is outside of the Victoria station years before, so as a company they're well known to offer really good rates. I hope they continue to do so.

Very bad experience. Brought some SEK and wanted to change them to GBP on 18 Nov 2023, 3pm. I was not aware those were old notes and are no legal tender, which I was absolutely fine if I was not able to exchange them. The gentleman on duty was extremely rude and impolite towards me, and consistently asked where am I from.
Ive always used this as they had good rates compared to other exchanges and have left a 5star review on their main branch in the past.
However, this time (13th November 2023 AM) the man behind the desk was extremely rude, disrespectful and seemed to not be interested in serving. He was more interested in listening to whatever he was listening to in his earphones.
Key take is to probably head straight to their main branch or use a different exhange altogether.

On Saturday I needed to buy ‘the new’ 100 dollar bills for a trip to Buenos Aires I googled a bit and consistent with my daughters previous experience Victoria fx gave the best rate. But more than that, the service was great. Definitely would recommend them and I’ll use them again. Thank you.
Many years ago I used to go to another currency exchange close by but this place has much better rates. I will be going here from now on!
This company always has fantastic tourist rates and it is quick and easy to order online. However, I have a mobility problem and the bus stop has been moved, so I had to walk quite a ong way in pain, so next time I will ask if I can pick up at the branch near the main entrance at Victoria Station, which I have so used before and is equally good and nearer the bus stop.
The customer service was terrible. We waited for 5 minutes for the guy to start serving us as he was talking on the phone. When he finally started serving us, he initially told us to go to a different branch because we wanted to pay by a debit card then he changed his mind and said that he can serve us after all, but called other people in the queue and left us waiting. Eventually after 30 minutes or so we were finally able to collect our cash. The guy was talking on the phone during the entire time. Really slow and rude service.
The woman on duty at around 18.38 at London Victoria Station in London calling was not very friendly. I ordered online and thought it would be simple. She seemed to not get my request at first, questioned if I had a pounds debit card. The rates were probably best in vicinity when I compared but I was dissatisfied with service. Unfortunate.

Very good customer service. I had trouble finding currency for my vacation in Brazil and I managed to get it at a good rate at this exchange office.
Terrible service. On one occasion, the GBP notes I have received were not in good condition and I was unable to deposit them via ATM machine. They advertise their direct debit service (which you have to do via WhatsApp and not the website), yet the rates quoted on the website are different from what the clerk quoted. The ratings for this bureau are inflated as they bug you over whatsapp to leave them nice reviews for every single transaction. Avoid at all costs.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. The manager and staff member were courteous, efficient, and fast. I needed to exchange GBP for CAD. Every single FX I’d contacted today, including the Post Office, had told me it would take two days for them to acquire the amount of CAD I required. Victoria FX sorted it out within 2 hours, and gave me the best rate as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
I have been coming to the UK for hiking every year for 6 years. Every year I go to Victoria FX Change to exchange my ugly euros for pretty pounds. At Victoria FX Change I get the best rate imaginable. In Germany banks recommend that their customers should exchange euros at their bank in order to get a good exchange rate. You'll be hard pressed to find a better rate. Their shop is on the 1st floor of the shopping arcade above the station, but it's worth the effort - all in fx rate was 23,5% better in comparison to the other shop on the concourse!
